As already reported by Kinkhabwala et al. (2002), PHOTOION, though being a local model in XSPEC, does not allow a real fit procedure, because its complex nature makes it very difficult to deal properly with error calculations. Therefore, our "best fit values'' have been found by trial and error, and we cannot estimate an error.
