A direct simultaneous measure of the hot spot and disc has been reported in the case of the APMSP XTE J1751-305 by Gierlinski & Poutanen (2005), where two soft components were detected in the broad-band XMM-Newton/RXTE spectrum: $\sim$0.6 keV, associated to the disc and $\sim$1 keV, the hot spot.
