Note: Columns 2 and 3 give the Galactic longitude and latitude of each pulsar; Col. 4 its Dispersion Measure (DM) and Col. 5 its DM distance (from the Cordes & Lazio 2002 model, hereafter NE2001); Cols. 6-9 the pulse broadening times with 3$\sigma $ errors in parenthesis at 243, 325, 408 and 610 MHz. Upper limits are quoted with "<''. Column 10 gives the spectral index of pulse broadening and Col. 11 the spectral index of density irregularities (using  $\beta = 2\alpha/(\alpha-2)$) for each pulsar with their 1$\sigma $ errors. Column 12 gives the logarithm of the fluctuation strength  $C^2_{\rm n_{\rm e}}$.
