Systematic error bars are derived from the dispersion of the results with different filtering parameters on the timelines (see Sect. 6.4). Last line correspond to a 95% CL upper limit. Angles are counted counterclockwise, 0 being oriented towards the North Galactic Pole. A brightness of  $1~{\rm mK_{RJ}}$ is equivalent to  $4.36~{\rm MJy~sr}^{-1}$ using IRAS convention (constant  $\nu I_{\nu }$) for Archeops 353 GHz bandpass filter. Absolute calibration error of 6% is not included.
