We (the GSFC co-authors) expect that the FTOOLS 5.3 package, anticipated for
fall 2003 release, will increase the geometric area parameterization in the xpcaarf tool,
which will effectively reduce the derived fluxes by this factor; given the good agreement
in the spectral index between PCA and the other measurements, this bootstrap approach
represents the best available calibration of the total area.
