Table 3: Delays observed between the various ground stations and IJD (as defined by the VILSPA 2 ground station). A positive delay indicates that for a given OBT, the IJD derived using the ground station in reference is smaller than it should be. A mean value and its uncertainty is provided for all periods during which the delays varied significantly. This means that values without reported errors are more accurate than the others.
