Accuracy is denoted as in Konjevic et al. (1984) and Konjevic & Wiese (1990), C means that error bars are within $\pm $50% and D+ that they are larger than $\pm $50%. Under Ref., 1 is for Musiol et al. (1988) and 2. for Jones & Miller (1974).
