The following corrections should be introduced in the paper:
1. The right hand sides of Eqs. (27) and (28) should be multiplied by 2π.
2. The right hand sides of Eqs. (30), (31), (33), (35), (36) and the expression in curly brackets in Eq. (38) should be multiplied by π.
3. The quantity E in Eq. (31) should be divided by lx.
4. The right hand side of Eq. (39) should be divided by π.
5. The argument of the sin function on the right hand side of Eq. (39) should be multiplied by 4.
