Also shown are the number of sources affected in each interval, excepting the objects for which individual corrections for [OIII] emission were made.

The hosts of the objects PKS 0130+2412 $^{\star}$ and PKS 2351-0036 were also resolved but have not been included in the table due to not being calibrated. Colon signs mark a marginal detection and an asterisk a steep spectrum source.
