Big grey dots denote the times of the two naked-eye sunspot observations during the depicted interval (Yau & Stephenson 1988). Vertical solid bars indicate the times of sunspot minima suggested by U01, while the vertical dotted bar denotes the official minimum of cycle 4 based on WSN series. |
