3 Celestial position

By measuring the position of the OT relative to 80 stars in the USNO-A2.0 catalog we found the celestial coordinates of the OT to be $\rm RA(J2000) = 17$:04:09.68, $\rm Dec(J2000) = +51$:47:10.5 with an internal error of about 0.1 arcsec and a systematic error of about 0.25 arcsec (Deutsch 1999).
