Table 1: Line ratio fit results for DEM models based on Chebyshev polynomials. The numbers given in parentheses are ( $T_{\rm max}$ , M). For all analysed atomic species we give the observed line ratios with their errors as well as the modelled line ratios for the various models considered. The last row gives the values of the $\chi ^2$ test statistics for the respective models.
